About This Reading

Introduction

The Gumppenberg Tarot – 1830 is a historical deck associated with the Milanese tradition. This reading offers an original spread covering the seven days of the week.

How does the reading work?

Eight cards are used. The first seven represent Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday in succession. An eighth card provides guidance.

A reading for the week

This layout allows you to symbolically explore the different days ahead. The final guidance card completes the reading and offers a point of reflection for the week as a whole.

A historical Tarot deck

The Gumppenberg Tarot also offers an opportunity to discover the early imagery of Italian Tarot. The deck used here includes both upright and reversed cards.
